Worsened chest pain
Overall, the ingredients are good, but I'd prefer to change the cinnamon. As a vegetarian who can take a vegan multivitamin, I've experienced stabbing belly pain after taking this product. It seemed to enhance libido and possibly contributed to my chest pain. While it's beneficial for joints, the combination of seaweed and cinnamon may not suit everyone. I believe it's time to consider removing or reducing these ingredients.

Joint pain disappears
I’m not convinced about the necessity of multivitamins. After a brief use, I started to experience slight joint pain and stopped taking them, at which point the pain vanished. I'm wary of trying them again due to my experience with discomfort and chest pain.
